Problem

Hotel-industry software needed stronger delivery ownership, clearer engineering standards, and a cloud-ready infrastructure.

Approach

Led planning and delivery for up to 5 developers, defined standards via code review, designed microservices, and executed a full AWS migration (ECS, ECR, EC2, S3, SQS, WAF, ALB) with Laravel, Lumen, Node.js, Docker, RabbitMQ, and Go internal tools.

Impact

Cloud-native production footprint, stronger team practices, and reliable incident handling with CloudWatch, Grafana, and ELK.

From September 2020 to October 2024 I was Technical Lead & Backend Engineer at Hotelmansa — leading delivery while still shipping backend code.
