Problem

Teams needed a simple, stack-agnostic way to send transactional email without rebuilding SMTP infrastructure.

Approach

Designed the NestJS architecture, built APIs and SDKs (Node.js, Go, PHP), implemented JWT auth, batch processing, and monitoring with Sentry and CloudWatch.

Impact

A live email API platform with multi-language SDKs and production monitoring.
